Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound campaign calling activities to business prospects in your assigned territory.

  • Develop opportunities, accounts, and territories through proactive prospecting.

  • Qualify and manage marketing leads from demand generation activities.

  • Collaborate with sales reps to maximize prospect potential and analyze customer needs.

  • Support marketing programs and events.

  • Use various software tools to track and manage outreach efforts.

What We Value In You

  • A strong command of English and Spanish (another European language is a plus).

  • Proven experience in collaboration, B2B, and B2C interactions.

  • Self-motivation and a competitive spirit with a track record of field sales success.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Requirements

  • At least 1-3] year of experience in an inside sales position in a solution-selling environment; solar or software company experience is a plus.

  • Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, email, phone skills).

  • Must have access to a vehicle and smartphone at all times;  expenses will be paid by the company.

  • Willingness to travel locally (70% travel).
